"I got a call from Sara reviewing our policies and also discussed other things that they have that could benefit us.
After I actually got my new numbers for my homeowners it went up 30%. This was more than I understood her to say in our initial conversation. My umbrella policy went up 223% which wasn’t even mentioned."
