"State Farm is a scam insurance company that takes advantage of hard working people that can barely make ends meet. They only care about how much money they can get from you and they don't deliver on their promises. 7 years of full coverage on our vehicle with the promise that if we ever had an accident that totalled our vehicle, State Farm would help us replace it. Our vehicle has been totaled, we just put brand new brakes in and they are giving us a fraction of the amount it will cost for us to get a replacement family vehicle. It is despicable the way they have treated us. We will never recommend them to anyone and we will be looking for new insurance. Additionally, Amy Christopherson and her group are the most incompetent "professionals" I've ever met. They are constantly making mistakes and trying to emotionally manipulate people into either, buying higher insurance they don't want or need, or to recover from their mistakes. Instead of admitting they made a mistake and trying to fix the problem they point fingers at anyone and everyone to shift the blame and they do as little as possible to remedy the problem."
