I cannot say enough wonderful things about Abbi from State Farm!

Yesterday was an incredibly stressful and overwhelming day for me. My car broke down in the middle of the road, and I was scared, anxious, and trying to figure out what to do next. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of speaking with Abbi, and she made such a difficult situation so much easier to handle.

From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and professional. She walked me through the towing and reimbursement process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way.

What I appreciated most was her patience. I was extremely anxious and kept asking questions, sometimes even repeating the same ones because I was so overwhelmed. Not once did she make me feel like I was bothering her or asking too much. She continued to reassure me, answer my questions, and treat me with genuine kindness and compassion.

Sometimes, when someone is having a really difficult day, a little patience and understanding can make all the difference. Abbi was exactly the kind of person I needed to speak with in that moment.

She didn’t just provide excellent customer service. She helped me feel calmer, supported, and confident that everything was being taken care of.

Abbi, thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and for going above and beyond to help me during such a stressful experience. You truly made a difference in my day!
